Do I own the website after launch?

Yes — completely. The domain, the codebase, the hosting credentials, every image and asset. At handoff it is fully transferred to your agency. There is no clawback, no licensed-while-you-pay arrangement, no retainer required to keep it running.
Is the website HIPAA-compliant?

We build with HIPAA-compliant architecture — meaning intake forms, contact forms, and any PHI-handling workflow are structured not to create exposure. Note that HIPAA compliance also depends on how your team uses the site and where data is stored downstream; we walk you through both at handoff.
Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes. We hand you the codebase and credentials. You can either edit it directly, hand it to a developer of your choosing, or come back to us for paid updates. There is no requirement to use us.
What if I need updates a year from now?

You have two options. Edit it yourself with the credentials we provide, or contract us (or anyone else) for paid work. There is no monthly retainer and no requirement to come back.
Does the site come with hosting?

We help you set up hosting in your own account with the provider of your choice. You own the hosting relationship, the billing, and the credentials — not us.
