For license types that require a state survey, we prepare the policy set and supporting documentation regulators expect. Accreditation body selection is your call — we'll scope that work in only if you ask.

Do you handle all 51 states?

Yes. Our team has launched agencies in every U.S. state. Sequences and requirements vary significantly by state and license type, and we handle the variation so you don't have to research it yourself.

How long does the full launch take?

Most agencies are operational within 60–90 days from the day startup services begin, though state licensure timelines vary — some states approve in 30 days, others take 120 days. We can give you a realistic timeline estimate for your specific state at intake.

What's included beyond LLC formation?

Entity formation is one step. We also handle EIN, state and employer registrations, the full licensure application, supporting documentation, accreditation prep where applicable, insurance guidance, and your first marketing materials. The goal is operational on day one — not just legally formed.

Do you handle Medicare or Medicaid enrollment?

We prepare the CMS 855A package and Medicaid waiver enrollment guidance for applicable license types. Accreditation work isn't part of our default scope — ask on your Strategy Session if you'd like it included.

What if my state denies my application?

In the rare case a state requests revisions, we prepare and resubmit the corrected materials at no additional charge. Denials are uncommon for properly prepared applications and we have not had an unrecoverable denial in 150+ launches.
